Your first appointment

Your first visit gives Dr. Chen an opportunity to learn about your health history and the concerns that brought you to our office.

The evaluation includes:

• A review of your health history

• A comprehensive postural evaluation

• X-rays, if needed

Reviewing your findings

At your second visit, Dr. Chen will review his findings with you and explain his recommendations. This is an opportunity to understand the proposed treatment plan and ask questions before moving forward.

Treatment may begin at this visit, as appropriate.

Insurance and payment questions

If you have insurance, please bring your insurance card to your first appointment.

Contact the office with questions about insurance verification, coverage, and payment arrangements. If you do not have insurance, ask about the options available for self-pay patients.
